In Spring 2009 the crew of 3 Kilo Mess, HMS Richmond came to watch Rikki whilst they were on leave in Benidorm from active duties.

It was a pleasure for Rikki to be able to entertain the crew and he thanked them for the good job they do for us all.

After formal discussions it was agreed that 3 Kilo Mess would adopt Little Fred as its Official Mascot, a decision Little Fred was particularly excited about.

As 3 Kilo Mess mess is nicknamed "The Zoo", Little Fred should fit in very well during his official visits.
